econ\u00f3mico de las comunidades donde opera en Latinoam\u00e9rica, para lo cual se enfoc\u00f3 en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de las mujeres, a trav\u00e9s del programa DreamBuilder.<\/p><p>El plan piloto de este programa, en su versi\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol, se inici\u00f3 en 2012 y concluy\u00f3 durante el primer trimestre de 2013. Fue a trav\u00e9s de estudiantes egresados de Thunderbird School of Global Management, que se pudo llevar a cabo este programa en sus primeras versiones, trabajando con las comunidades aleda\u00f1as a las operaciones mineras de Freeport-McMoRan en Chile y Per\u00fa.<\/p><p>En Chile se trabaj\u00f3 en la Regi\u00f3n de Atacama y en la Regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta con organizaciones locales que tienen programas de apoyo a la mujer, con lo que se pudo reclutar a tres grupos de emprendedoras para completar el programa de certificaci\u00f3n y proporcionar su retroalimentaci\u00f3n sobre el contenido, el rendimiento del sistema y la experiencia en general, a medida que completaban los 12 cursos. Durante este proceso de prueba se certificaron en el programa DreamBuilder 78 mujeres en total: 33 de Arequipa (Per\u00fa) y 21 de Copiap\u00f3 y 24 de Calama y luego de esta etapa se lanz\u00f3 el
