como una problem\u00e1tica que a\u00fan no se logra erradicar. Algunas de las situaciones cr\u00edticas son la brecha salarial, la incorporaci\u00f3n en el campo laboral y las condiciones laborales de las mujeres. Seg\u00fan datos entregados en 2020 por la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), en Chile las brechas en el sector laboral se reflejan en diferentes situaciones. Por ejemplo, las mujeres dedican en promedio 5,9 horas diarias a quehaceres del hogar y a cuidados no remunerados, lo que es 2,3 veces el tiempo que dedican los hombres.<\/p><p>Esta situaci\u00f3n afecta en gran medida la participaci\u00f3n laboral de las mujeres, quienes est\u00e1n presentes en el mundo del trabajo en un 49,3%, comparado con la presencia masculina de un 69,9%.
